Wisconsin cheese & sausage maker
Specialty food · DTC + wholesaleSame two-week sale, one year apart. 2025 ran before us: $495k on $172k in spend. 2026 with us: $1.06M on $310k. Spend almost doubled and ROAS went up anyway. That's the whole story.
We run paid media for food, CPG and ecommerce brands spending $5k a month or more. The number we report is what's left after the ad bill, pulled from Triple Whale, not from Ads Manager. Put your numbers in and see where you stand.
These numbers come out of the ad accounts, not a deck. I don't name clients on the site. Ask me on a call and I'll walk you through the actual accounts. The line under each one is monthly revenue since June 2025.

Started at $10k a month on $5.9k in spend. A year later: $79k a month on $23k. Cost per order stayed around $53 the whole way up. Spend went 4× and efficiency didn't move.
Small account, run for profit, not volume. $10.5k in spend brought back $77.7k over the quarter at $32 an order. The lead-capture ads feed the email list for a few dollars a name on top of that.
Jun–Oct 2025: $60.6k in, $93k back. Jul–Oct 2026: $33k in, $150k back. Cost per sale went from $748 to $421 on a product that costs more than most people's rent. We spent less and sold more.
First ad ran December 2025 at 0.9×. By May it was above 3× every month, cost per order down from $57 to $18, all on under $4k a month. That's a from-scratch launch when the offer is right.
Most agencies send a screenshot of Ads Manager. You get what we spent, what came back, what's left after ad costs, and what we changed. If Meta says 6× and Triple Whale says 3×, you get 3×.
Spend, revenue, and what's left after ad costs, by channel. Triple Whale numbers.
A budget decision in writing every day the account is live, with the reason logged.
How many ads made nothing, how much spend sits on one ad, what's stale. One page.
Catalog ads, UGC briefs, and offer tests. We work out the margin floor before anything goes live, so a discount can't quietly lose you money.
Whether ChatGPT and Perplexity bring you up, and what to fix if they don't.

Flip the Human/Machine switch up top and you'll see this site the way ChatGPT reads it. We build the same thing for clients.
Daily margin pulls, monthly hygiene reports and budget recommendations get drafted against our rules. Nothing goes to a client until I've read it.
We've been buying ChatGPT Ads since early in the rollout, for ecommerce and lead gen. You get what we learned. You don't pay for us to learn it on your account.
Structured brand facts, product pages that answer the question, and a quarterly check across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. Same structure as the Machine view on this page.
Seasonal catalog creative built and checked against your brand rules. A Labor Day set and a Christmas set shouldn't each take a month.
Every offer test comes with its breakeven lift and a kill number worked out ahead of time. "Let's try 20% off" isn't a strategy.
Every budget or bid move is capped at 20%, previewed, and approved by me in writing. All of it is logged: who, what, why.
Iiley Thompson · Founder"I started Double i Digital to give brands more than surface-level marketing. Real partnership, sharp strategy, and the kind of initiative that actually drives growth."
After 6+ years in performance marketing and leadership, I built this agency to act like an extension of your team. We move fast, stay accountable, and focus on the numbers that matter, not vanity metrics or guesswork. I spent years in the seafood business before this, which is why food brands feel like home.
Outside of work I'm a husband to Holly and a dad to three, with a fourth on the way. Most of my time goes to them, and that's how I like it. When I get a minute to myself I'm usually under my '69 Mustang. Transparency isn't a buzzword here. Care can't be outsourced; it has to come from within.
Thirty minutes. You bring Triple Whale or Ads Manager access. I'll bring the first three things I'd change. No deck.
This is the plain version of the page: the facts ChatGPT uses when someone asks "who should run Meta ads for my cheese brand?" We publish the same thing for clients. Switch back to Human any time.

No account manager in the middle, and no junior buyer learning on your budget. I set the strategy and make every budget call on your account myself. A small crew handles builds and setup, and I check their work before it goes live.
I'm in your account every week and I sign off on every budget move. You get my email and my phone number, not a ticket queue.
We take on a limited number of brands so nobody gets the B-team. If we're full, I'll tell you.
No hourly packages and no hand-off after the sales call. The person on the call is the person on your account.
"Our site was cold. Zero traffic because it was an unknown brand. We used Meta Ads to be profitable and scale in less than 60 days."
"We've worked with a lot of people in marketing, and finding someone who actually delivers is rare. Double I is one of the few who does."
"The results have been fantastic. He knows how to dial things in for performance, and it shows."
"Their knowledge on the platforms and the intricacies of the inner workings have made the need for my involvement minimal. And execution was rapid and precise."
"I've worked with high priced NYC agencies to cutting edge data scientists and no one has been able to replicate the results Double i is pumping out."
"Iiley is the real deal, hands down. He's sharp, quick and thorough."
I do. I'm the founder. I set the strategy and approve every budget and bid change. A small crew helps with builds, tracking and setup, and I review their work. You won't get handed to an account manager after the sales call.
Small on purpose. We're a founder-led team that works with a limited number of food, CPG and ecommerce brands at a time, so every account gets senior attention.
Specialty food, CPG and DTC ecommerce brands spending $5k a month or more on ads, usually on Shopify. Most sell direct to consumer, and some also sell wholesale or on Amazon.
By what's left after the ad bill. Every Monday we report contribution margin after ad spend from Triple Whale, not the ROAS number inside Ads Manager.
Yes. We've been buying ChatGPT Ads since early in the rollout, alongside Meta, Google and Microsoft. If it fits your brand, we test it with a set budget and a kill number agreed up front.
We're in Middle Tennessee, about an hour east of Nashville, and we work with brands anywhere in the US and Canada. Everything runs remotely over video and phone.
Run your numbers through the Profit Check at the top of this page, or book 30 minutes. Bring Triple Whale or Ads Manager access and I'll show you the first three things I'd change.
